Awards/Honors:
Projects will be rated as to effectiveness, creativity, web presence and long-term impact. The scope as it relates to numbers of people in the team will be factored. There will be sub-categories of awards, based on the variety of groups and plans submitted.  Note: Awards will be made according to group category for fairness. Should there be a question of which category or participants an award qualifies for, AOS will make the final determination.

Best women's concept
Best general team concept
Best individual concept
Best project in progress

Winners will receive honorary certificates, plus recognition on the website and in media releases.. There may be additional awards provided, however that is not guaranteed. Participants give AOS permission to utilize any project photos, videos, text or photos/names of winners for public relations purposes.
