Why Azores is a special place to visit and fish – link

Why August in Azores?

August is the month to catch blue marlin and tuna – Bluefin, Yellowfin, Bigeye and Albacore tunas.

Blue Marlin are released, tuna or other legal fish can be kept. Bring it to a local restaurant for them to cook for dinner or make sushi! Andrea will help packing fish if you bring the bag supplies and freeze it to bring some home for your own consumption! Fishing license is included. Bring your own cooler or you can buy Styrofoam cooler locally and pack it up for your trip back home.

Please check this website for your regulations https://help.cbp.gov/s/article/Article-3619?language=en_US
