Join us for fun and adventure in Bimini, Bahamas! 2 or 3 nights at Big Game Club, Bimini, Bahamas! If you haven’t been to Bimini, you are missing it!
Bimini is a quaint island only a ¼ mile wide and about 7 miles long with bakery shops, conch stands, beverage establishments and plenty of ocean & natural wonders to see. It’s only about 50 miles from the U.S. – an entirely different experience than bigger cities such as Freeport and Nassau! The north side has newer developments and the south side is pretty much the original Bimini. You need a current passport

Bimini has a small town atmosphere that attracts people to the out islands versus the main ones. The main road has barely two lanes. Most people take golf carts and bicycles and walk around in town. Driving is on the left side.
There is much to do! Go fishing, snorkeling, rent a golf cart to see the island, shop at the small straw market, grab some fresh conch at the outdoor conch stands, buy fresh Bimini bread at the bakery, take the ferry to South Bimini and visit the Shark Lab for an interesting, personal experience with their sharks. We may set this up and make an additional reservation fee to cover the shark lab trip and transportation. In only a few hours you can explore Bimini. Watch the videos below from our prior Bimini trip to see what to expect.
Recommended age 18 and up. This will be a fun group and chance to make new friends! What we all have in common is love for the outdoors, fishing and adventure, no matter what age. It’s more fun to go with a group than on your own so don’t worry if you don’t know the other people. You soon will!

Bimini Big Game Club has a rich history going back to Ernest Hemingway. It is on a marina with pool, bar, restaurant and liquor store. It has been renovated. You can walk to a beach or rent a golf cart. There are beaches to the north, for that you need a golf cart or take a taxi.
You must have a passport.
Arrangements: There will be a registration fee of about $150 for Ladies, Let’s Go Fishing to coordinate this trip. You book your room directly with Big Game Club, we will hold a room block with a cutoff date. We will start a room share list if you want to split a room with someone else.
You reserve your own ferry ticket it’s about $180-$200 each way plus tax. There is a ferry out of Miami as well but we’re not sure of the times if you want to depart from there on your own and catch up with us. The ferry only travels on certain days, not every day. It has a restaurant, bar and duty free shop, one of their ships, the Jaume 1 can take up to about 600 people. You can take a carry on for free or pay to check a bag. Balearia Ferry link.
Or take your own boat, on a good day you can be there in a couple hours from South FL.
Golf carts are about $90 a day. There are also taxis, they aren’t expensive. Want to fly? Flights are around $450 each way, could be less, could be more. The seaplane that lands on the water from Tropic Airways is a blast!
Golf cart rental and ground transportation via taxi is not included.
We will advise on fishing charters. Currently we don’t have an option to go out to sea for offshore but there may be limited bonefish/inshore charters. Like maybe two boats on the whole island. Don’t count on fishing there just come to see Bimini and make new friends! There’s a marina at the Big Game Club – it’s fun to see the boats!
