Pristine fishing, miles from civilization! We call this area the Jurassic Park of fishing. Join us for an exclusive one or two-night trip for a wild and wonderfully natural fishing experience. Fish where no woman has ever been!

An isolated community at the end of Western Florida, Chokoloskee Island is an angler’s paradise. Whether fishing inside the islands or the open water of the Gulf of Mexico, Chokoloskee and the 10,000 islands offers a vast assortment of saltwater fish year ’round. Snook, redfish, snapper, trout, flounder, tarpon, sharks plus you may see manatees and porpoises! You might even see a sawfish.

You can reserve one of their mobile homes ($115/135/night for the whole home sleeps 4-6 depending on which unit). If you like camping, the park has tent sites and RV Hookups, plus a bathroom/shower house.

Bordering Ten Thousand Islands and the Gulf of Mexico, Chokoloskee is known for its fishing, bird watching and kayaking through the mangrove jungles of the Everglades. People travel from all over the world just to see the birds! It is 3 miles south of Everglades City – south of that there is nothing but nature! Chokoloskee offers an interesting history as a haven for outlaws in the early years. Accommodations are at Chokoloskee Island Park, with amazing sunsets, plus you can release snook from the dock on your off-time! On Saturday night we will have a potluck dinner and ask you to bring a dish or appetizer.

Address: 1150 Hamilton Ln, Chokoloskee, FL 34138

Ranging from $115 – 130 night plus taxes for the WHOLE mobile home, not per person! At the park, 2-6 in mobile home, some are 1 bedroom, some are two bedroom with twin beds and sleeper Futons. The mobile homes sleep different amounts of people up to six. They have a bathroom and there is an external bath house with shower you can use as well. The mobile homes are right where the boats depart and the dinner and meeting is in their community center within less than a minute’s walking distance. It’s kind of like camping with the comforts of home and you are pretty much only in the mobile home to sleep. We will provide the phone number and availability to reserve your lodging once you register and information on the mobile homes. For 2017 we are not pre paying deposits for lodging so you will need to book it very early and should do so before the end of Summer.  The park sells out VERY early as it is a nice time to visit Chokoloskee.

Alternate Accommodations at another location: About a mile away is the Rod & Gun Club cottages. We will provide the info once you register or you can google it. We do not have any lodging there held.

Note: Fishing is on a flats boat with no bathroom however there are porta potties on some islands. Honestly, most of us just use the bucket. This is a die hard fishing experience so this trip is for the adventuresome!

Register below asap to hold your spot.
